Any tips for removing plaster from brick? I want to make sure I don't damage the brickwork underneath. Hoping to do this myself.
Thanks

depending on the wall? if it has been dot and dabbed ( boarded) the walls will pull away leaving the dots to chisel away. older plaster bonded and keyed into the walls may take a lot more time but be patient and carful with a bolster chisel and hammer, should not leave too much damage to the brick if there not loose and your not hacking away at them should not be too much of a problem.
hope it helps ? mail me if not for any questions and advise

Bricklayers hammer and boaster and hack it off carefully. You might find some comes off easily if old plaster.
